Northeastern Supply, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s fastest-growing plumbing and HVAC wholesalers, recently announced the relocation of its Eldersburg, Maryland branch. On June 5, 2024 the company broke ground at the new location of the Eldersburg branch, which will better serve the needs of Northeastern Supply’s customers in the Carroll County, Maryland area.

Northeastern Supply’s Eldersburg branch is currently located at 1430 Progress Way and will be relocated to 1401 Londontown Boulevard with plans to open in December 2024. The relocated branch will consist of a 15,000 square foot building (current location - 9,300 square feet) and a 25,000 square foot outdoor storage yard (current location - 3,000 square feet) to house pipe and other materials for customers.

Easily accessible off of Route 32 with the ability to loop around to Liberty road, the relocated branch will only be three minutes from the current location and will continue to be a full-service store, focusing on the needs of valued customers in both residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and water systems segments. Local inventory will be backed by the 200,000-square-foot distribution center that is home to tens of thousands of products that are available at a moment’s notice.

The current Eldersburg location will continue to serve customers until the new building is complete. The new Eldersburg location will continue to operate with the same business hours of Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. Kim Zaranski will also continue to be the branch manager of this location. Zaranski has been with Northeastern Supply for 27 years and is excited to be a part of this relocation to a larger space.
