This move from the company's previous address at 1411 A Ave. marks a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to providing unparalleled service and a superior shopping experience to its customers.

The new building boasts an impressive ≈37,000 ft2 total footprint, allowing the company to stock a wider range of products to meet the diverse needs of its clients in the distribution floor (31,344 ft2) and 2nd floor mezzanine (12,324 ft2). In addition, the facility features a spacious 5,616 ft2 retail area where customers can browse and purchase their favorite brands with ease. This substantially larger location will serve as the company's corporate office in South Dakota, enhancing its ability to serve the communities with their HVAC and plumbing needs.

To celebrate this exciting development, the company is planning a grand opening event Aug. 15 from 4 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Plumbing and Heating Wholesale will be inviting its valued customers and trusted vendors to this special occasion. The event will include tours of the new facility, giving guests an opportunity to explore its expanded space and see firsthand the improvements the company has made to better serve their needs, discounts on their favorite products, and giveaways.
