BLUE HAWK Vice President of Marketing and Communications Teri Ditsch has been named the 2024 H.E. Kleinfelter Award winner by the Cooperative Communicators Association (CCA). Ditsch received the award during CCA’s annual institute in Des Moines, Iowa, on June 4. The award is presented annually to a cooperative communicator whose work is considered to be outstanding by their peers and has dedicated significant time and talent to their co-op, industry, and to CCA throughout their career.
Recognizing Ditsch for bringing a perfect balance of professionalism, creativity, drive and wit to every project or event she’s involved with, BLUE HAWK Marketing Manager Nickie Sabo says, “While I’ve known Teri as a great leader and mentor through CCA for years, it was joining the BLUE HAWK team that revealed to me her profound impact on the cooperative and HVAC industry as a whole.”

Since 1959, the Cooperative Communications Association has recognized 64 accomplished communicators from cooperatives nationwide with the H.E. Kleinfelter Award.
