Moen names steven ward as director of global design

North Olmsted - Moen is pleased to announce Steven Ward as Director of Global Design, leading the development of the newest designs and innovations from the number one faucet brand in North America.
In his role, Ward is responsible for global product design at Moen and will oversee the global industrial design team located both in North America and abroad. He will set and drive strategy for product design in several countries in categories including faucets, showerheads, accessories and bath safety. Ward will also ensure that his team continues to build upon Moen’s legacy of designing award winning
products that offer thoughtful innovation and a memorable experience for the end
user.

Prior to joining Moen, Ward served as Director of Industrial Design for the Life Fitness division of Brunswick, a leading manufacturer of sporting and fitness equipment. Ward also was an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University, McCormick
School of Engineering/Segal Design Institute in Evanston, Illinois. He served as Director of Industrial Design for M3 Design Incorporated (Texas) and Donnelly Corporation (Michigan). Ward has worked in a variety of industries in both corporate and consulting design studios including automotive, aircraft, marine, furniture, electronics, fitness, soft goods, as well as exhibit and user interface design.
Ward attended the architecture program at Idaho State University and holds a bachelor of fine arts in Industrial Design from Brigham Young University.
