Marcone has announced an expansion of its HVAC executive team, building on its position as one of North America's largest distributors of appliance, HVAC, commercial kitchen, plumbing and pool/spa equipment, repair parts and solutions.
Industry veterans Ben Merritt, Brian Klaus, Chris Alonso and Hector Jimenez are new contributors to Marcone's leadership team.
As vice president of revenue optimization, Merritt is honing in on pricing optimization across Marcone's HVAC division to create a streamlined customer value proposition. He also is utilizing his 17-year background in sales and marketing to help HVAC business units launch initiatives that evolve Marcone's customer segment and product mix.
As HVAC vice president of omni-channel engagement, Klaus uses best-in-class technology to provide solutions that improve the customer experience. He is focusing on growing the company's e-commerce efforts as a way of boosting customer satisfaction.
Alonso is Marcone's vice president of HVAC strategic accounts, focused on growing both regional and national sales in residential, multi-family housing and light commercial markets. He has a long history in the HVAC industry with extensive knowledge that will benefit Marcone's HVAC customers.
Jimenez is vice president of HVAC regional markets, where he leads C&L Supply HVAC and Plumbing. He is focused on helping customers succeed through value-added offerings such as dealer programs, technical and business training, and inventory management solutions.
All are newly created roles at Marcone, reporting to Marcone HVAC president Randall Hudspeth.
"I have enormous respect for the experience and knowledge that these men bring to Marcone," Hudspeth said. "Our HVAC vertical is committed to delivering products and service that are second-to-none. These new additions will help us do that even better in the years to come."
