Ariston USA, a part of Ariston Group, has announced the formation of a Commercial Water Heating National Accounts team that will focus on delivering best-in-class commercial tank-type water heating products to vertical segments, specifiers, and distribution partners.
Ariston USA manufactures a full line of residential and commercial tank-type water heaters under the HTP and American Standard Water Heater brands. “While both brands have been successful in the North American market for decades, we recognize the opportunity to grow this product category by creating a focused strategy and dedicated team to deliver these amazing products to commercial customers on a national level,” Ariston Vice President of Sales Ansley Houston said. “Our full line of gas and electric tank water heaters give us the opportunity to serve the business owner’s needs with products built to last and provide much needed simplicity and value.”
Ariston USA recently added industry veterans with successful records of delivering results in the commercial water heating space. Key additions to the commercial team include Dennis DeBlock and Michael Carter. DeBlock has 20 years of experience in commercial water heating product design and channel partner development. He was also instrumental in creating an industry leading Commercial National Accounts program with national wholesale partners. DeBlock will also focus on product enhancements to meet the challenges of a changing landscape as well as growing Ariston’s presence in distribution.
Carter has spent the last decade developing relationships within the food service and hospitality industry and creating strong partnerships with commercial service providers. Carter will focus on creating and executing the national account business strategy, expanding Ariston’s commercial service provider network that can provide 24/7 water heating replacements to businesses, and engaging and offering national restaurant and hotel chains the ability to access the HTP and American Standard Water Heaters commercial tank-type water heaters through our distribution and dealer partners.
Ariston’s HTP brand is well known for its Phoenix gas and Everlast electric lines. These products provide high efficiency technology and unique stainless-steel construction. The American Standard Water Heater gas and electric lines offer standard and high efficiency commercial products with ultra-thick steel tanks and high-quality glass enamel coating. They offer easy installation in retrofit situations and translate into a lower cost of ownership and higher value for business owners. Both lines will be available via the Ariston National Accounts program. “Our goal is to be the best option for 24/7 National Accounts water heating replacements in a market that currently has limited manufacturer direct options,” Houston said.
“We are excited to offer our products and services to businesses on a national level. Without a doubt, 2024 will be exciting as we focus on this National Accounts Water Heating business,” Ariston USA President Andrea Monti Guarnieri said. “This vertical segment approach is a great way to introduce our high value brands to the market. Our current product portfolio is well situated to meet customer needs. Our sales team has decades of experience, and we are confident in their ability to deliver results with our channel partners. Equally as important, Ariston USA will continue to leverage our global experience to help guide our customers through the journey to sustainable water heating technologies.”
