A leading master distributor of pipe and tube products in the United States, United Pipe & Steel, has announced the relocation of its Loves Park, Illinois distribution center to Belvidere, Illinois.

“This move allows us to store more overall local inventory of steel pipe, copper tube, PVC pipe, and other products that United Pipe makes available to distributors nationwide,” said Greg Leidner, CEO. “With 105,00 square feet of warehouse storage and 135,000 square feet of exterior space, our newly purchased Belvidere facility will allow us to better service wholesalers in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and the Dakotas with high fill rates and short lead times.”

This move follows the recent purchase of a new facility in Houston. The new United Pipe distribution center on Emmett Road provides 258,700 square feet of warehouse space and 203,876 square feet of exterior storage space, large enough to serve our vast customer base throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and the surrounding area.
