Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has once again donated 50 fully stocked backpacks to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Town of Wallkill, Inc.'s Backpacks for Hope School Supply Drive to benefit children in need throughout northern Orange and Sullivan counties.
Throughout July and August, Nebrasky customers and other local community members visited Nebrasky's Monroe office to drop off various school supplies, including notebooks, markers, pens, pencils, pencil cases, erasers, glue sticks, folders, three-ring binders, and much more. Those supplies, along with other supplies contributed by Nebrasky owner Paul Nebrasky and the Nebrasky team, were stuffed into 50 Nebrasky-sponsored backpacks.
Those, and other donated backpacks, will be distributed to approved family applicants by the Boys & Girls Clubs by Aug. 25.
"We are grateful for the community's support in this endeavor to provide these school supplies for the children in our area," said Paul Nebrasky, whose company has been a contributor for the last six years. "Year over year, our family, friends, and neighbors show their support by donating to this school supply drive, and we're proud to be part of it all as a host site and contributor."
The Backpacks for Hope School Supply Drive is an annual event sponsored by The Boys & Girls Clubs of Town of Wallkill, Inc.
