Mid-City Supply Co., a family-owned and operated plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and PVF distributor in the Michigan and Indiana areas, recently inaugurated a dedicated training center at its Warsaw, Indiana, location. The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce marked the celebration, and the company's commitment to its customers and the community, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 3, 2023.
Understanding the vital role of training for the success of its contractor customers, Mid-City Supply Co. has outfitted the center with state-of-the-art products and technology, and offers courses designed to address the varied needs of its contractor clientele. The facility conducts training using live-fired equipment and also provides conventional classroom-style courses. This investment in training underscores Mid-City Supply's vision of equipping its customers to thrive in a competitive market by promoting an ethos of continual learning and enhancement.
Mid-City Supply Co.'s president, Jordan New, expressed its foundational belief in bolstering the contractor community.
"We are deeply proud of our role in helping contractors maximize their profits and reduce risks, highlighting our unwavering support for local economies," he said.
Chairman Jeff New instilled in his sons Jordan and Dan, both co-presidents of Mid-City Supply Co., the importance of continuing the legacy of partnerships.
"Our entire business philosophy revolves around partnership. We don't just see our contractor-customers and manufacturer-suppliers as clients but as partners, joining forces with them to deliver the optimal solutions for end-consumers," Jeff New said.
Community investment remains a cornerstone for Mid-City Supply. Reflecting this, the training center will also be available for non-plumbing and heating training activities. For more information, contact the branch location at 574-267-3693.
