Registration is now open for the International Code Council’s Annual Conference and Expo to be held in St. Louis, Oct. 8-11, 2023. The event offers industry-leading educational sessions, networking events, insightful speakers and opportunities to volunteer in the local community.
The conference will provide attendees with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and expertise with events such as building tours and insight sessions where they can earn CEUs. This year’s keynote speaker is Tamara Robertson, an accomplished engineer, Emmy-nominated producer and star of the TV show “MythBusters.” For more information, visit the schedule of events on the conference website.
“The annual conference advances building safety worldwide by bringing together key stakeholders and Code Council members from across the industry,” said Code Council Board of Directors President Michael P. Wich, CBO. “Our goal is to create an engaging experience that fosters professional connections and unique educational opportunities for building safety professionals.”

Participants can also apply for the Building Safety Leadership Experience, a new opportunity to advance a career in building safety by learning about Code Council Governance through sessions at the conference with stakeholders and industry leaders. The experience includes complimentary registration to the ICC Annual Conference and Expo and reimbursement for associated airfare, ground transportation, and lodging costs. The deadline to apply is July 15.
