Kaul first joined Master as a member of the company's board of directors in May 2022 and then as Chief Operating Officer in October 2022. He has over 25 years of global experience serving on a variety of boards and leading industrial distribution businesses in North America and Europe. Kaul brings a diverse perspective having led sales, operations and supply chain functions and scaling industrial distribution businesses across a variety of end markets and geographies. He graduated from University College London with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and the University of Alberta with a Master's degree in engineering management.
