Josam Company recently announced the next recipient of its annual Endowed Scholarship during the MCAA 2023 Convention in Phoenix. Congratulations to Alison Ritvo for being the second recipient of the annual Josam Endowed Scholarship. Ritvo is studying construction management at Kent State University in Ohio. She already has an internship lined up for this summer with Southland Industries. 

Josam Company’s annual scholarship is awarded to sophomores in an MCAA Student Chapter. The recipient of the annual endowment scholarship will be a college student who is committed to pursuing a degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or a similar field within MCAA’s scope. This annual national scholarship symbolizes Josam Company’s commitment to assisting in the education of individuals who pursue a career within the mechanical contracting industry.
