dahl Valve Limited is pleased to announce a donation to the Corporation of Master Pipe-Mechanics of Quebec – CMMTQ (Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec) in support of its educational programs for the plumbing and hydronic heating trades.
dahl has supported the CMMTQ with a World Plumbing Day donation for the past few years and looks forward to many more. World Plumbing Day is an international event celebrated on March 11 every year, initiated by World Plumbing Council to highlight the important role plumbing plays in the health, safety, and sustainability of our community.
dahl is proud to encourage and support young people who want to pursue a career in the trades. “With a donation of $1,000 we are doing our modest part to support the local plumbing and heating training programs that shapes the future of our industry”, said Don Watt, the company's president.
dahl is also pleased to announce a donation to the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada (MCAC) to support its plumbing and hydronic heating trades education and training programs, for their students and members.
dahl has supported the MCAC with a World Plumbing Day donation for the past four years and looks forward to many more.
“With a donation of $2,400 we are doing our modest part to support the local plumbing and heating training programs that shape the future of our industry,” Watt said. dahl is proud to encourage and support young people who want to pursue a career in the trades.
These donations are part of dahl’s yearly Corporate Giving Program where the company supports various organizations, schools, and colleges with donations and student awards. dahl believes in giving back to the community and this is one step towards its purpose.
