Lehman Pipe and Plumbing Supply, a family-owned and operated wholesale distributor based in Miami, announced organizational changes effective January 1, 2023.
In a statement released by Dennis Lehman, former president of the company, he outlines the changes.
"The time has come for me to pass the 'Baton of Presidency' to Josh Aberman. Since Josh joined us in 2009, his desire to make Lehman Pipe not only a better business but a better place to work has been evident in everything he does. I cannot wait to see what heights Lehman Pipe will reach under this new leadership."
With Aberman now as the organization's president, Lehman will now assume the role of executive chairman of the board.
"With incredible excitement, I announce that Ron Stauffer and Alex Cosio have been promoted to vice presidents of Lehman Pipe. I also want to acknowledge that they will become the first vice presidents of Lehman Pipe since I relinquished that title and became president over 35 years ago. Their collective knowledge, work ethic, and leadership have helped bring us to where we are today, and I look forward to seeing what they will accomplish in their new roles!
"I am also honored to announce that Mara Cruz has been promoted to chief financial officer of Lehman Pipe. Mara has been directly involved in helping shape Lehman Pipe into what it is today, and we are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work, dedication, and support.
"It is with tremendous pride and joy that I promote these four incredibly hard-working, enthusiastic and driven individuals. Under their guidance, our potential is endless!!
"I wish everyone a very safe, healthy, and happy New Year. Thank you once again for your continuous and incredible efforts in making Lehman Pipe what it is today; please take a moment to congratulate your new executive team!
With much appreciation and thanks,
Dennis Lehman
Executive Chairman of the Board."
