The Master Group has appointed Clay Holder as president of Value Added Distributors, and senior vice president of U.S. Distribution. Holder will also join the executive team of the Master Group. He assumes this role from Chris Baker who is appointed senior vice president of business development and acquisitions.

joins Master from Johnson Controls where he was vice president and general manager for factory distribution with full accountability for 45 branches and 350 team members across the United States. He was also accountable for the Source 1 aftermarket business for JCI.

will continue to reside in Greensboro, North Carolina, with his wife, Amanda, and their two children, Avery and Alex.
