Wilo USA, a provider of pumps and pump solutions for building services, water management and groundwater, welcomed Mike Conti as the new regional sales manager of residential and commercial building services for the Southwest Region, United States.

Conti is responsible for servicing the needs of customers, developing sales strategies and setting targets, while also collecting customer feedback and market research. He reports to Richard Miller, director of sales for building services.

"Mike has demonstrated his expertise in growing sales and accounts throughout his career in the HVAC industry," said Miller. "His in-depth sales experience, as well as his knowledge of account management and business development as they relate to the HVAC market make him an ideal fit for Regional Sales Manager at Wilo."

Conti brings over 28 years of experience to Wilo, having previously worked as an HVAC market manager, national accounts manager, and national sales manager in the industrial, HVAC and OEM industries.

Conti has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
