The New England Mechanical Contractors Association (NEMCA), in conjunction with the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, is proud to announce the formation of NEMCA’s Women in the Mechanical Industry, New England chapter. The group hosted its inaugural meeting on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022 at the Newbury Hotel in Boston.

The WiMI New England chapter is committed to championing women in the mechanical industry by providing professional development, support, advocacy and networking opportunities for females across the region. In addition to helping reduce skills gaps and create a more gender-equal workforce, the group hopes to educate, inspire and mentor youth females looking to enter the industry.
