Saniflo USA, a division of Group SFA, a world leader in above-the-floor macerating and grinding toilets and drain pumps, recently donated to two, nonprofit veterans organizations, The Mission Continues and Tunnel to Towers Foundation, in support of U.S. military veterans and first responders as well as their families.
“We’re proud to support The Mission Continues and Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and hope our small contribution will help generate a visible impact on our nation’s veterans and first responder communities,” said Regis Saragosti, CEO of SFA Saniflo North America.
The Mission Continues connects veterans with under-resourced communities. Its programs deploy veteran volunteers to work alongside nonprofit partners and community leaders to improve educational resources, tackle food insecurity, foster neighborhood identity, and more.
According to Mission Continues, Saniflo’s donation will empower veterans to respond to the COVID-19 crisis across the country in three major ways: distributing food, increasing food support capacity, and growing food for communities.
Since 9/11, Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children, while also building custom-designed smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. According to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Saniflo’s donation will help the organization to continue this mission.
“As part of our continued pursuit of community welfare, and in grateful acknowledgment of Veterans Day, we are fortunate to have the means to contribute to causes and organizations like The Mission Continues and Tunnel to Towers Foundation,” Saragosti said.
