Jeff MacDowell, director of Luxury Products Group attended the 2022 IMARK Summer Invitational alongside exclusive brands Australian Designer Faucets and Current. IMARK members from across the country were invited to attend and were able to learn more about what the LPG strategic initiatives have to offer.

Tools For Members | Showroom Operation Guides
IMARK Plumbing Members sat with Jeff to learn more about the on demand tools LPG offers in the Member Portal; including HR Resources like job descriptions for all showroom roles, coaching tools, and an HR Handbook. These resources allow boutique showrooms to spend more time curating and serving the trade than finding and hiring employees.

The Showroom Buildout Guide allows members to learn best practices from other showrooms and suppliers, while teaching the principles of good retail design. Member we’re excited to see how easily these tools are to access and how frequently they are updated.

Exclusive Brands One on One with Members
LPG is exceptionally proud of the two exclusive brands launched in 2022. Meeting attendees were able to meet with our partners and experience the products firsthand.

The Current team was thrilled to meet with members like Wiseway Supply and share how best to go to market with the new collection.

Australian Designer Faucets participated in the traditional one on one meetings – really opening up strong lines of communication with members.
