As of Aug. 1, the training section of Watts.com has been updated with all new content and features. It provides an overview of all Watts’ industry-leading training, which includes the following:
Instructor-Led Training offered at six Watts Learning Centers in the U.S. or through Lunch & Learns at customer sites. Trainers are experts in Plumbing & Flow Control, Drainage, Water Quality, or HVAC & Hot Water, and customers can now request training through an online form.
Quick Online Learning, available 24/7 at Watts Works Online. The platform hosts hundreds of self-paced eLearning modules — most taking less than seven minutes — on topics from Plumbing & Flow Control, Water Leak Detection, and Drainage to Water Quality and HVAC & Hot Water.
Continuing Education (CE) Courses, approved by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Courses enable engineers, architects, and others to stay up to date on industry trends and advance their careers.
“We are really excited to highlight the many ways for our customers to engage with us,” said Kari Stocks, training campaign manager at Watts. “We believe these site improvements will help strengthen our relationships with industry professionals.”
“We want to remain the industry leader in training,” added Greg Gyorda, Watts director of training. “The enhancements we’ve introduced on Watts.com will help us continue to run faster than our competition.”
