TruTech Tools has announced the addition of Eric Kaiser as a technical and education consultant.

Kaiser began his career in the HVAC industry as a service and installation technician where he came to understand things like the value of combustion analysis, and the "house as a system" concept. He brings a variety of industry perspectives from his time in the field, as a field service rep for a major Midwest Distributor, as well as a Training and Territory Manager for a major rep firm.
