The next installment of A. O. Smith’s live show, In Our Element, will feature a behind-the-scenes look at an installation featuring two tankless water heaters equipped with X3 Scale Prevention Technology. Host and Senior Technical Advisor Jerry Winslett will guide the audience through a recent installation at the home of former NFL quarterback and 1999 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award winner Chris Redman.

This month’s show will provide an exclusive look at Redman’s upgrade from four tank water heaters to two tankless units with the new X3 Scale Prevention Technology. The switch will provide Redman and his family with savings of more $2,800 in descaling costs and more than 450,000 gallons of hot water per unit over 15 years without a decrease in efficiency.

Viewers who tune in Friday will get a first look at this one-of-a kind install and will have the opportunity to ask questions in real-time.
