Heat Transfer Products Group (HTPG), a leader in commercial refrigeration products and a member of the Rheem family of brands, celebrated the grand opening of its new finished goods warehouse facility in Ontario, California, April 26.
The new warehouse and fulfillment center will enhance distribution capabilities by increasing maintained inventory capacity for HTPG and a variety of products from Rheem brands.
Built to accommodate increasing industry demand, the new 57,239-square-foot, state-of-the-art warehouse exemplifies HTPG’s investment in its product portfolio and reinforces its commitment to serve the needs of customers, while growing its presence in the local community.
Senior leaders from HTPG and Rheem, including Mark Evans, vice president and general manager for HTPG; Farooq Mohammad, vice president of commercial business strategy for Rheem and Chuck Campbell, CEO and president for Friedrich, shared details about the new facility and the impact it will have for the organization, the local community and customers.
Attendees also included key employees as well as leaders from the Greater Ontario Business Council.
HTPG, headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, designs, manufactures and markets energy-efficient commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment and system solutions sold under the trusted premium brands: Russell, Witt, Kramer, and ColdZone. The manufacturing plant is located in Scottsboro, Alabama with additonal warehouses located in Texas and Alabama.
