SupplyHouse.com, an e-commerce company that sells heating, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical supplies, has made a $30,000 contribution to the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC) Educational Foundation, plus provided another $30,000 in support for training and workforce development projects.

"We started Trade Tuesday in 2010 to champion the Trades, and we've continued to build on that idea to show our support and appreciation for Tradespeople," explained Kristine DeGeronimo, director of customer experience at SupplyHouse.com. "This year, thanks to the amazing engagement on our social media platforms, we exceeded our original goal and were able to contribute 60K to PHCC to help support education in the Trades. We also gave away prize packs to Tradespeople and participated in company-wide events throughout the day to celebrate! It has been so exciting to watch Trade Tuesday evolve over the years while always maintaining our core mission to uplift the Trades. We're eager to see what Trade Tuesday 2022 will bring!"

SupplyHouse.com is sponsoring the following PHCC educational initiatives:

• Educating the public of the opportunities in the trades at the PHCC—National Association's workforce development website phccareers.org.
• Removing barriers for new entrants to explore industry careers in the PHCC Educational Foundation's Plumbing and HVAC Workforce Readiness Course and Plumbing Pre-Apprentice Course.
• Powering the development of the Foundation's upcoming Fast Track to HVAC Service Course.

Additionally, the $30,000 contribution to the PHCC Educational Foundation will support a wide variety of workforce development initiatives, including the Foundation's scholarship program, management workshops and apprentice competitions.
