IMEG Corp., has added three new firms in 2021 year-end acquisitions. The deals capped off a 12-month period that brought in six firms and five new office locations, continuing the company’s expansion goal of providing engineering services in all disciplines throughout the U.S.
The three new firms include the following:
"We are extremely pleased to welcome C&H Engineering, AEI, and Sitton into our company," said IMEG President and CEO Paul VanDuyne. “Each firm brings unique strengths that will enhance IMEG’s full-service engineering portfolio and create a synergy for continued growth throughout the U.S. —allowing us to leverage a broader base of market and deliver ever-expanding design innovations to the industry.”
All firms joined IMEG Dec. 31, 2021, and are doing business, respectively, as C&H Engineering, now IMEG; AEI, now IMEG; and Sitton, now IMEG. Each firm also will continue to operate out of their existing locations.
