AIV and Gulf Coast Modification (GCM) are proud to announce that effective immediately, Trey Cook will become the CEO of both AIV and GCM while remaining the president of AIV. Ryan Loving will now be the CFO of both AIV and GCM, while remaining the president of GCM.
“This is a special day for both Libby and I,” said former CEO Ray Cook II. "While we are not riding off into the sunset just yet, we could not have more confidence in both Trey and Ryan to continue to take AIV and GCM to greater heights than we’ve ever been. Their hard work and dedication to both companies have truly shown through the years, and we know that both companies will continue to be in great hands under their leadership.”
While the titles have changed, the day-to-day operations of AIV and GCM will remain unaffected as both Trey and Ryan have been operating in this capacity for some time.
“From the first day I came to Ray and Libby to tell them I wanted to work in the business, I have never had my sights set on a certain position, I merely wanted to put in the work and help grow this company,” Trey Cook said. “Coming to GCM from another industry was a challenge that I wanted to take head on, and I am happy to see where GCM has come since we started, and the potential growth in the future." Loving said.
