Rheem, a leading global manufacturer of water heating and HVAC solutions, recently launched ProPlumber, the company’s highly anticipated new loyalty program. With exclusive tools and benefits providing extensive value to the plumbing contractor, the program was created to help them grow their business while also providing added value when using Rheem’s product offerings and first-class customer service. Rheem’s goal in developing the ProPlumber program was to further illustrate the company’s commitment to, and continued support of its plumbing partners.
Plumbing contractors who join the ProPlumber program will have access to a broad portfolio of support services that provide immediate, direct benefits to the plumber and their company in four key areas — partnerships, support, reputation, rewards.
Rheem’s ProPlumber program’s partnership offering includes co-op marketing and advertising efforts and discount options on new vehicles for fleets. ProPlumber also supports plumbing contractors through a concierge hotline, business coaching and other exclusive online tools. The program can also help to enhance a plumbing contractor’s reputation through select ProPlumber badging, WebBooster to protect, improve and expand the plumber’s online presence and insights on building strong online ratings and reviews to attract more customers. In addition, ProPumber provides a range of rewards from points on products to direct-to-plumber cashback rebates on eligible products.
