Northeastern Supply, a building materials distributor specializing in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, and water systems segments for both residential and commercial applications, opened in Lorton, Virginia with a "pipe cutting" ceremony and official grand opening celebration on Thursday, June 10, 2021. The Lorton Store is Northeastern Supply's seventh location in Virginia. Jared Bailey is the branch manager of the 36,000-square-foot warehouse featuring a one-acre outside storage yard located at 8397 Terminal Road.

The grand opening and "pipe cutting" ceremony was open to the public. This event showcased a variety of vendors that Northeastern is supplying at Lorton and all of its locations. Those vendors included but are not limited to the following: State Water Heaters, Milwaukee Tools, Blue Monster, Oasis Water Coolers, Toto, Liberty Pumps, SAS, Legend Valves, Fluidmaster, Saniflo, Wardflex, Lasco Fittings, Delta, American Standard, Moen, Oatey, Bradford White, Charlotte Pipe, and Aprilaire.

"It's so great to be a part of Fairfax County's community! We have had a presence in Northern Virginia for years, but never had the infrastructure to fully support the breadth of product needed in this market. With this addition, our geographic reach extends further in Virginia, with this being our seventh location in this area, we will be able to better service our customers," Northeastern Supply CEO Steve Cook, said.

"This location will be heavily focused on our growth in the commercial mechanical market while serving our traditional plumbing and HVAC customers," added Stan Allen, president of Northeastern Supply.
