Franklin Electric Co. has announced the launch of the its Little Giant 16G Series, a heavy-duty 1 hp grinder pump designed to deliver serious power as a new or replacement pump for the most challenging residential and light commercial wastewater applications. This new pump is available in both 115V or 230V models and delivers trusted Little Giant performance and versatile features that set it apart from the competition. Built-to-last, the 16G features a silicon carbide mechanical seal that provides up to six times longer seal life with lower thermal expansion and higher abrasion resistance when compared to carbon-ceramic seals. The 20-foot power cord is easily replaceable and is sealed at the connection point for unit protection against water.
