Williams Distributing, a leading distributor of quality HVAC, hearth, garage door, and kitchen and bath products has announced its merger of Shoemaker, Inc. into the Williams family business.

This partnership is the result of many discussions ensuring the fit for everyone. Both companies are family owned and operated.

Williams Distributing and Shoemaker believe strongly that this move will provide beneficial opportunities to their customers, vendors, and employees. The geographies for Williams and Shoemaker are also very complementary and will allow for an ability to serve customers more efficiency.

Shoemaker will continue to operate under the Shoemaker brand, as a division of Williams Distributing Co., both management teams and employees will stay intact.
