Convenient Virtual Format
While attendees cannot meet in person with congressional offices this year, they can share their real-life insights directly to federal representatives through an easy-to-use online Zoom platform. Meetings will be set up for attendees by expert schedulers based on their state and congressional district. PHCC staff and online vendors will provide two opportunities prior to meetings to familiarize attendees with the platform and address any concerns.
