Scott Holloway Sr., president and CEO of Josam Co. recently announced the 2020 Craig Swider Prestige Award recipient. Craig H. Swider who passed away in 2015 was employed with Josam Co. for 25 years. Throughout his tenure, Swider exemplified the true meaning of hard-work, dedication, and the commitment to succeed and never give-up. Josam is proud and honored to award the 2020 Craig Swider Prestige Award to Burton Anderson & Associates Inc. of Germantown, Wisconsin.

Burton Anderson & Associates is one of Josam Co.’s newest rep agencies. The team at Burton Anderson quickly familiarized themselves with Josam’s product lines. While leaning on the experience of Josam industry veteran Jason Peters, the rest of the team hit the ground running with only Zoom meeting training sessions. Their ability to jump right in resulted in excellent sales results in all product lines. They adjusted seamlessly to support the efforts of the outside sales team and quickly were taking care of the needs of the customers. Burton Anderson’s excellent reputation with wholesalers, contractors, and engineers in the Milwaukee market combined with the past efforts of Jason have quickly and impressively expanded Josam’s market share.

The 2020 President’s Awards were awarded to five representatives for outstanding sales efforts. The recipients were S.E. Taylor & Associates covering Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland, Bennerotte Marketing Agency covering Minnesota, and North and South Dakota, Ashworth Train & Associates covering Indiana, Mayco Sales covering Dallas, and PMI Sales & Marketing covering San Antonio.

Josam also acknowledged nine representatives with the 2020 Honorable Mention award. BMB Sales of New York City for outstanding stainless steel drains sales, RKR of Colorado and CSI Marketing Inc. of Minnesota for outstanding PRO-PLUS sales, DSC Pacific of Northern, California, for outstanding cast iron sales, and Spotswood Cotton Welsh of Georgia, Southwestern Mechanical Sales of Arizona, PMI Sales & Marketing of Houston, Barbieri & Kline Inc. of Philadelphia, and The Lovell Co. of Utah for outstanding Push-Fit sales.
