Vistage, one of the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses, has announced Scott Weaver, president and CEO of APR Supply Co., as the recipient of the Vistage Lifetime Achievement Award. The award honors long-standing members who are steadfast in both their leadership climb, and embodiment of Vistage values.

Weaver is an inspirational leader and expert in creating corporate culture. Since 1998, he has been at the helm of a third-generation, family-owned distribution business, leading APR through many innovations, extensive growth, and several successful acquisitions.

Weaver has served on various industry, educational and private company boards including past president of the American Supply Association and member of several other committees and task forces. He currently serves on the board of directors of the AD HVAC Group. Weaver has been featured as a guest lecturer on topics ranging from estate planning for family business and succession, to culture and leadership. An accomplished athlete, he is an avid cyclist and has served the youth community as a lacrosse coach for the past seven years for grades 5 to 12.

“As a longtime Vistage member, joining the ranks of many of my mentors has left me both humbled and honored. I can’t help but look toward the future — the best is yet to come,” Weaver said when asked about the recognition.

Weaver will be recognized at the virtual Regional Vistage Summit on March 31.
