Tioga Pipe Inc. has announced the promotion of Bill Kotcher to president of the company. Kotcher joined Tioga in 2016 in the role of COO. He also serves on the board of directors of Mackson Nuclear, an affiliated Tioga company.
Kotcher has over 20 years of leadership experience running industrial distribution and manufacturing organizations focused on the energy, petrochemical, and industrial markets. Bill’s outside interests include serving as an advisory board member at Michigan State University, industry fellow/adjunct at the University of Houston-Downtown, and a lifetime fellow/prior board member at IIAPS (International Institute for Advanced Purchasing and Supply).
Kotcher is a featured public speaker and is in high demand on the topics of leadership and ethics in business. Two of his most recent featured engagements include the 2019 NASPD Annual National Convention and 2020 OPEX Exchange Americas Conference.

Kotcher lives in Houston with his wife and two sons and is based at the company’s Houston corporate office.
