Jones Stephens, an industry leader in the manufacture and distribution of plumbing products, is proud to announce that two regional sales managers have joined the Jones Stephens family: Brian Lee has joined as regional sales manager of the Northeast territory; and Derrick Allen has joined the company as sales manager of the West territory.

Residing in Columbus, Ohio, Lee brings to Jones Stephens 25 years' experience in the plumbing industry.  Progressing through his career in sales as a manufacturer's representative, and in various managerial positions, he worked most recently as a regional sales manager for a domestic cast iron soil pipe manufacturer.

Allen lives in Tempe, Arizona, and has a strong plumbing wholesale and manufacturing business background. He began his career as a management trainee in the plumbing industry. With over 14 years of experience in a variety of sales management and leadership positions, Allen’s most recent job was general manager for a HVAC wholesaler.

Lee and Allen’s knowledge of the wholesale plumbing industry will drive strategic initiatives and contribute to a dynamic and successful sales force in their respective territories.
