ServiceTitan, a provider of cloud-based business management software for the home services industry, will present at the annual Roto-Rooter Franchisee Association Convention, June 12-15, Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Hotel, Palm Springs, Calif.
Joseph Elias Phillips, head of sales and revenue growth for ServiceTitan, will present “Recruiting and Retaining Technicians” on Tuesday, June 14 at 1 p.m. Phillips will address recruiting and retention challenges and offer tools to help Roto-Rooter franchisees hire the best technicians and keep them engaged and motivated.
“Hiring and retaining quality technicians is a major business challenge for Roto-Rooter owners and the plumbing industry in general,” said Phillips. “During this session, I’ll share new tools, as well as some tried-and-true methods, to help franchisees find, evaluate, and keep top talent. I’ll also provide actionable advice to help owners modernize and improve their recruiting and ongoing technician evaluation processes.”
