Joseph McElmeel, chairman and CEO of executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates Inc., is pleased to announce the successful recruitment by its Executive Recruiter, Richard Miller, of Grant Dow as vice president of field services for the Cast Iron Soil Pipe Institute (CISPI).

As the VP of field services, Dow will provide inspired leadership to a team of regional representatives who are responsible for educating plumbing industry participants about the benefits of cast iron soil pipe and fittings. He will develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures in support of strategic initiatives. Dow will be tasked with the recruitment and development of qualified representatives to educate plumbing industry participants.

With an extensive background in management and operations, Dow most recently held the position of director of sales-U.S. with CB Supplies LTD.
