These six companies, one from each of the company’s trade categories, earned the highest customer satisfaction ratings last year:

• HVAC: Air 72, Inc. (Charlotte, N.C.)
• Appliance: Omega Force Services (Rogers, Minn.)
• Electric: TWC Enterprises (Millersport, Ohio)
• Garage Door: Open Up Garage Door & Service, Inc. (Hurst, Texas)
• Pool and Spa: Expert Pools (Frisco, Texas)
