Southern HVAC Corp. has announced the acquisition of Precision Heating & Air Conditioning, one of Austin's leading providers of air conditioning repair and replacement services. The acquisition was completed on June 30 and marks Southern HVAC's seventh transaction and second location in Texas, complementing its existing Austin-based Fox Service Co. location. Precision Heating & Air Conditioning will continue to operate under its current brand name and receive enhanced customer service, technology, training and product support from Southern HVAC and Fox Service Co. leadership teams.
