Effective May 18, PACE Supply has filled the role of company president with Keith Hubbard. Hubbard will take over for Ted Green — who has been with the organization since its beginning in 1994 — and will stay on as PACE Supply’s chairman of the board.
Hubbard’s career was born and bred in plumbing. His teen summers were spent with his father, a rep agency owner, traveling and calling upon wholesalers. Hubbard learned the importance of relationships and dialogue — lessons that would travel with him to his first position out of high school working for a plumber. His career trajectory from that point has been an impressive one to watch: Over the past two decades, his roles have included field work and warehouse, inside sales and outside sales, a transition into branch management, and district management with territories spanning California and Nevada. Well rounded, reputable, and rooted in the plumbing world, PACE Supply has its sights set high for its newest member.
“Keith’s history of bringing multiple business segments to a unified/singular team fits our model,” said Green. “PACE Supply’s team culture is what powers our business. Keith’s reputation as a born leader and team player precede him, and will no doubt serve us well as we head into the future.”
“We looked internally and externally – extensively," said Jim Bresnahan, VP of sales with PACE Supply. “It was crucial that we arrive at a decision and candidate to capitalize on PACE’s success and lead us into a market filled with challenges and opportunities.”
“PACE Supply has proven to be an industry powerhouse over the last 25 years," said Hubbard. "Although we’ve found ourselves in a challenging time as an industry, PACE’s ‘full steam ahead’ mentality is exactly where I need to be and is what we’ll use to come out stronger and healthier than ever before. I’m honored to lead this amazing team.”
Hubbard, his wife, Amanda, and their two children will eventually reside in Sonoma County as he settles into his new position as president of PACE Supply.
