The next webinar in the PHCPPros special webinar series will be titled, "Road Warrior’s New War – Outside Sales vs. COVID-19." It will take place Friday, May 15, at 12:00pm(CST) and be presented by Karen Fox. The webinar series has kept readers educated and engaged in the face of COVID-19, as hundreds of have logged on weekly to learn from plumbing, heating, cooling, and piping (PHCP) professionals.
The world is changing so fast and the role of the outside salesperson is changing with it. There are so many circumstances and new temptations that can pull customers away. Fox will explain why sales leaders should not let that stop them from continuing to build and maintain relationships. She submits that people remember those who got them through the tough times. And, she will challenge attendees to ask, "What are you doing to be there for your customers?"
The webinar will explore how to maintain relevancy to companies and customers and how to thrive and not just survive during this crisis. Fox feels marketing is the constant education of the customer, and sales is the educator communicating the message constantly. She will explore traditional and non-traditional sales methods and practices to make sure that attendees are building stronger relationships and customer loyalty during these uncertain times.
Fox has been a proud member of the PHCP industry for more than 30 years. As an employee of Keeney Holdings LLC since 1990, she has held numerous positions within the company from Customer Service to Telemarketing to Outside Sales.
