First Supply LLC has announced Allen Jaedike as the corporate HVAC channel manager.
Jaedike will have corporate leadership responsibility for First Supply’s HVAC division moving forward. Tasked with leading the department towards achieving profitable sales growth throughout the organization, he will be working alongside the company's local management teams to develop the best “go to market” strategies possible.
Jaedike has been with First Supply for the past five years as the Eau Claire, Wisconsin, branch manager. Prior to his time at First Supply, Jaedike accumulated more than 20 years of direct HVAC industry experience in various roles, including national service manager, sales engineer, project manager and R&D designer. He will continue to work out of the Eau Claire branch office and will report directly to Seth DePuy, director of sales and marketing.

Established in La Crosse, Wisconsin, First Supply is a regional distributor with 47 locations, including 28 distribution branches, one CDC and 18 kitchen, bath and lighting stores in the upper Midwest. Founded in 1897, First Supply employs more than 650 people, is a family-owned, single source provider of HVACR, builder, plumbing, lighting, waterworks, industrial PVF, pump, well and septic supplies.
