Joseph McElmeel, chairman and CEO of executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates Inc., is pleased to announce the successful recruitment by its Executive Recruiter, Richard Miller, of Ram Sridhar as associate product manager for Eemax.

As the associate product manager, Sridhar will work collaboratively with marketing, engineering, purchasing, quality and manufacturing to provide up-to-date product specification sheets, consumer literature, sales presentation, product value proposition analysis and creation of training materials. He will be responsible for competitive product analysis, product gap analysis, supporting product lifecycle, product maintenance and product development in conjunction with the product manager.

With extensive experience in product management and marketing research, Sridhar most recently held the position of associate product manager with ITW Permatex. He received his bachelor’s degree in telecommunication engineering from Visvesvaraya Technical University and a master’s degree in information systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
