Eemax Showcases Advanced Water Heating Solutions at Greenbuild 2019
November 22, 2019
With an extensive product line of energy-efficient, zero greenhouse gas emission, tankless electric water heaters, industry pioneer Eemax exhibited products and commercial applications and presented a continuing education session at the 2019 Greenbuild International Conference and Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta this November. "Rethink Water Heating" is accredited by the American Institute of Architects and awards 1 LU.
Greenbuild, the largest green building conference and expo in the world, features four days of educational sessions, green building tours, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and a robust expo floor. Eemax showcased its advanced tankless electric water heating product line featuring LavAdvantage, AccuMix II, and ProSeries XTP.
Eemax has been at the forefront of innovative design for more than 30 years, leading the evolution of hot water as one of America's top manufacturers of energy-efficient tankless electric water heaters. Eemax demonstrates its commitment to sustainability throughout the company and value chain—from cutting-edge product development to proactive and responsible manufacturing—by keeping a focus on processes that reduce environmental impacts.
Eemax also shared insights on a recent product application of 163 tankless electric water heaters in a new, high-performance campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This project is the first net-zero emissions school in Massachusetts, and currently the largest net-zero emissions building in the state. The site consists of an elementary and middle school, district administration offices, a public library, and a public pool. The buildings are the first project under the Net-Zero Cambridge Plan, which outlines a framework to achieve a 70 percent reduction in emissions through energy efficiency by 2040.
"We are proud to showcase our product line at this year's Greenbuild Expo," said Jens Bolleyer, Eemax VP and general manager, "while also establishing ourselves as a leading partner in supporting water heating design applications that can reduce, or even eliminate, greenhouse gas emissions in both commercial and residential buildings."
