Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. is pleased to announce that it has promoted Jim DelRe to senior vice president and Eric Pilas to national sales manager.

DelRe has been with Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. since 2016, first leading the Smith Trench Drain team and then as vice president of sales. He has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Smith team and has demonstrated consistent excellence, leadership, and commitment to Smith. 

Pilas has been with Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. since 2016, first as a regional sales manager in the Southeast Region and then as the national sales manager. Eric came to Smith with 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Since joining Smith nearly four years ago, he has demonstrated his commitment to being customer driven, a core value of Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co.
