Campbell Mechanical Services, based in Northwood, Ohio, was awarded the 2019 Family Business Achievement Award. This distinction, presented by Smart Business, is granted to outstanding family businesses in Northeast Ohio.

Smart Business presented the award at its Family Business & Business Longevity Conference, Sept. 18 in Cleveland. The annual event gathers together family business owners and leading professionals to address specific concerns and issues affecting both family-owned and non-family owned businesses. Smart Business created the interactive workshop with leading industry experts to provide actionable insight necessary to plan for a smooth transition of family businesses.

Businesses that are honored must have a minimum of two family members involved in the organization and be privately held.
