The Granite Group Wholesalers LLC has announced its has finalized the acquisition of Maine-based Webber Supply Inc. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Established in 1960, Webber Supply features locations in South Portland, Lewiston, Augusta, and Bangor. Effective Monday, Oct. 7, all Webber Supply branches began operating under The Granite Group umbrella.
