Whitlam PTFE Pipe Thread Compound is ‘triple lubricating’

TALON PTFE Pipe Thread Compound is a triple lubricating, all-purpose, non-seizing, VOC free, industrial grade thread sealing compound that provides “Freedom from Leaks” on all types of metal and plastic threaded connections.

TALON PTFE contains graphite, ceramic microspheres, and virgin PTFE for optimal thread seating and sealing. The compound is a grit-free paste that adheres to oily threads and is nontoxic and noncombustible. Works excellent on threaded stainless steel as well as threaded CPVC plastics.

TALON carries the National Sanitation Foundation seal under NSF Standard 14 and NSF Standard 61 and UL Classified for Natural Gas, Propane, LP Gas and Butane. TALON is available in 1⁄4 pint (118 ml), 1⁄2 pint (237 ml), 1 pint (473 ml), 1 quart (.95 L) brush top cans; 1 gallon (3.785 L) metal can with handle, 5 gallon (18.9 L) plastic pail with handle, and 55 gallon (208 L) open head steel drums.
