Williams, a leading provider of HVAC heating equipment, has announced the hiring of Mark Finnie as president. Finnie assumed his new role Aug. 12. He is responsible for driving strategic planning and financial management for the business.
“Mark comes to us with a broad history of impactful leadership performance in the manufacturing industry, with strong skills in operations, sales, marketing, distribution and product development,” said Ryan Sullivan, COO of parent company Continental Materials Corp. (CMC). “His track record of executing against his plan will serve our brand and customers very well.”
Finnie brings to the organization more than 20 years of executive operations experience, including leadership roles at successful manufacturing and aftermarket distribution companies, including Motorsport Aftermarket Group and Pertronix. In all positions, he was a driving force behind highly successful change and improvement initiatives that delivered exceptional results while strengthening revenue, profit and market leadership. Finnie holds an engineering degree from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
