United Pipe & Steel Corp. and Merfish Pipe & Supply Co., the largest master distribution entity of standard pipe products, have announced that Patrick Starkey has been promoted to Western Regional sales manager and will be working with the company’s West Coast sales team, based out of Huntington Beach, California.

Starkey has been with the company for just over four years as an outside sales representative in Texas, having previously worked in the industry on the West Coast for another company in the plumbing and heating and PVF industry.

“We are very excited to see Patrick take this opportunity to further develop his career with United Pipe and Merfish,” said Corey Lowsky, senior vice president of sales for Merfish Pipe Holdings. “After four years in Outside Sales in Texas, building on his track level of success, we are thrilled for him to take on the challenge of building up our combined west coast operation, and leading the team as we continue to broaden our service area on the West Coast.”
